Is there any limit to the amount of changes/updates you will make to my website?

 

No, but, we are human!. Our ACWS allows us to enter information easily and quickly. If you have dated information such as Holiday Specials, we would like the information well in advance. We will get your information online within a week. The key to the ACWS is that every event has an expiration date entered in the ACWS Data Base and will be gone the day after the event/special. The key is to get your information to us in a timely manor. And of course, we can always handle the "emergency" modification, probably while we are on the phone with you.

Are the additional charges for new pages?

 

No. We you add new pages at any time. ACWS develops new page concepts, new tools, and new features all the time. We will make you aware of them, and include them at no additional cost, ever.

Do I have to resize my images before uploading them?

 

No. We resize the images for you when they are uploaded. You can upload any images from your point and shoot camera, as well as stock images you purchased, and of course any professionally created images.

Do you have a one time design and set up fee without an ongoing hosting fee?

 

No. But we do offer an Economy "Do it Yourself" System. You can learn to use all the ACWS controls yourself and modify and maintain your own website.

Is my Website Hosting fee included in my monthly fee?

 

Yes. The use of the Always Current Website System requires our client's sites to be hosted on their server. They have been hosting thousands of websites for over 12 years. They have redundant backup, and very reliable server support.

What support can I expect from your company?

 

We have been providing web hosting services for professional photographers for over 10 years. Your monthly hosting fee supports our maintenance, technical help and development costs.

We have many tools you might want to have added to your website as your business evolves. There is never an additional charge to have these tools added to your website. We want you to feel we are a part of your companies "staff". Call us anytime with ideas/requests/suggestions.

What is this "System" you keep talking about?

 

We use the Always Current Website System. It is a CMS (Content Management System). Most CMS systems simply allow you to update text and images. They went a step further and added many unique features that many businesses and professionals will find very useful for their clients.

Their Set & Forget Event/Messages/Coupons system is just one of them. Our PDF downloads are generated "on the fly". When you update information on your website, your PDF file is automatically updated. Their Mobile Sites data is linked to your regular website data. Update one, and the other is also updated. And there are many other feature in their "back office" that can be implemented based on your requirements.
