Matched directory and database record in sites table

Sites that have the deleted flag set in sites table are marked as 'deleted'.

These directories have no matching record in sites table

Many of them could probably be deleted as a whole. I tried to exclude directories that I know should remain on the system (css, include, js), however we would have to go through the list manually to decide what may be deleted

There is nothing to delete from the filesystem here, these are candidates for code to delete the site (which would cover all pages & components e.t.c.) from the database.
