2. Select "Edit This Site" (this is where you will upload your Header/Logo, and change colors)
We suggest you don't bother with the colors right now. Do that later when you can actually see how your images and text fill the pages.

You will want to add your Header/Logo now.

Specifications: 960Px Wide x 75-150 Px High

EXCEPTION: Mid/Top/Top Navigation - 265 Px Wide 75-150 Px High

IMPORTANT- We don't "pigeon hole"  you into a specific size for your
Header/Logo. You may find the bottom of your page "not exactly"
formatted correctly. We will make the adjustments required to format
your pages correctly when you are sure you have your Header the size you
like.

3. Upload Your Images
Prepare your images for your website. You DO NOT have to resize them.
Select your best work, do your Photoshop work and save your website
images in a folder named as such, so you can find it easily in your
computer.

Click the Upload Images button and follow the steps to upload your
images. Later, when you edit your pages, and select the "Show Components", you will see your images in your "Library".

4. Work on your Pages
After uploading your Header/Logo click the Pages button and you will be
brought to the pages in your website.

We named the pages just as suggestions for you. You can change the names
of the pages, and any page can become your "Index/Main" page.

5. Edit the content of a Page
Select a page to edit. You will see the various Components in each page.
Every page has the Navigation, Copyright, and Company information (in
the Top/Side Style Sites)

The content of those components is the same in every page. If you edit
the information in any one of those components on any page, the
information will be identical on every page in your site.
They are "Global" to your site.

The Text/Image/Event/Shows Components are "Individual" to each page.

Select a text Component and enter some text. Don't enter "paragraphs" of
text all at once. Just make a test. Enter some text, "Save" it, and take
a look at how it appears on the finished page. Don't type text for an
hour, then save it. There are issues with working on the web, and your
work may be lost. Save...all the time!

Select the Image Component and add some images to your page. You drag
images from the Library up into the Table above the Library, and when
the images are in the Table, you can move them up and Down for
positioning.

Save the Show, and take a look at the finished Page. Make sure you
include enough images to fill the openings in the individual Image
Presentations.

6. Add your pages to the Site Navigation
Select the Navigation Component on any page. Click the "Add"; Button next
to the pages and add them to the Navigation. Watch the video....a few
minutes, good information.

Before you do any of the above
Take some time to review other Photographer's websites. Make some notes
about the pages you want to create in your site. You will want to
include the "Standard" pages, such as "About You, Philosophy, Contact,
Directions" (if you have a studio that you can display your address, we
can add a Google Map to your site)

Then, add your "Categories", Wedding, Portrait, Families, Children.

If you are new to the industry, you may not be aware of the online
"Proofing" systems. We have such a system. Preview Gallery.

You do not want to create pages on your website to show clients there
images form a session....

Your website is your storefront, it is where you sell your "Image".

Preview Gallery, is where you would display the images from
Portrait sessions and Weddings. The image upload and display system in
Preview Gallery allows you to upload all of the images from your events
and they are automatically added to display pages. In your website, you
display "Selected" images that show your "Talents" and allow you to tell
your "Story".
